Health & Safety
Because this is a healthcare facility, I wear a mask the entire time, and require all clients to wear a high quality, well fitting mask. If you have been exposed to a respiratory illness, or aren't feeling well, let's reschedule. ♡Thank you for your care for the health of our community and yourself ♡
Pricing
Regarding prices, I have set my prices at the lowest possible "going rate" for this area so that bodywork can be accessible to people who aren't terribly rich, and at the same time, respecting my fellow bodyworkers by not undercutting them, and still being able to support my practice.
Instead of doing a sliding scale, which can feel really confusing, I ask that people who happen to have a lot of money give a tip so that the people who don't have a lot of money can just pay the base price.
I know that our loving generosity flowing through open hands to each other will always come back around. This makes the world such a sweet place. We can all support each other's livelihood in the ways that work best for our own lives. We are each privileged & gifted in different ways, and I want to share what I've got ^_^
Cats
If you are allergic to cats, be warned that we are a home with kitties inside 😸 but they aren't allowed in the massage room. Remember to take an antihistamine before your appointment, if that is part of your allergy care routine. Just let me know if your cat allergies are severe, and we can move the session outside♡. Although outside, there are chickens who may cackle a bit, and bunnies who may peek at you with curiosity :).
My Work Style
Multidimensional Bodywork can include movement, guided meditation, stretch, kinetic integration, and intensive listening. I will be there to help you along your path as you experience the connection between mind and body. I am in the process of building a range of techniques to create a system of "funtional bodywork". I am passionate about anatomy and physiology, and finding the unique ways an individual requires therapeutic care.
I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the techniques I use in my work.

Policies:
Payment:
Payment is due before time of service. You may either pay online, through venmo, cash app, or on site
when you arrive. I accept cash, check, and card.
Cancellation:
I respectfully ask that you give me a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation
requests. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are
unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You are welcome to
send another person in your place with no penalty. Any subsequent short notice cancellations or
missed appointments will result in a 100% charge.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to accommodate others whose
appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then
determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the
treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session cost of the appointment
originally booked.
Inappropriate Behavior:
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual
component to massage. Hate speech or action is strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate insinuation, joke,
gesture, conversation, request or otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session
and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee
regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited I reserve the right to file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
I am committed to the health and safety of every client. If at anytime you feel I have not protected the sanctity of our therapeutic relationship, please tell me. I am committed to giving the highest possible care, doing my very best work for every individual. If for any reason, you feel I have given you less than my best, please talk to me about it. I am always hoping to improve and learn how to better serve my community.
